Chris joined the Birnbaum Companies in September of 2017 as an intern. It wasn’t long before we realized that he had talent. Chris brings a unique perspective to the office as he has a young, sharp, millennial mind and is looking to create a presence. “I am proud to be applying the skills I learned in college to a cutting-edge enterprise,” adds Chris. “The opportunity to contribute to the success of the company’s newest start-up venture, The Warrior Factory, has been very exciting.”
In addition to supporting the success of The Warrior Factory, Chris provides marketing and operational support to all aspects of Birnbaum Companies. “I’d like to think of myself as an up-and-coming marketing coordinator. I’ve enjoyed working on social media, website design, creation of marketing materials and the creation of promotional items for The Warrior Factory.” In addition, he teaches classes and supervises coaches.
On the real estate side of the business, on an average day you can find Chris going to meetings regarding properties, meeting with tenants, researching new acquisitions and working closely with company president, Bernard Birnbaum, to learn the business. He is also working to earn an Accreditation for Commercial Manager (ACoM) through Institute of Real Estate Management.
“My proudest achievement to date would be helping set up franchising for The Warrior Factory. The opportunity to participate in International Franchise Expo is definitely another major high point,” adds Chris with pride. A little-known fact is that Chris has been a two-time competitor on American Ninja Warrior—first in May of 2017 and again in May of 2018. We hope to see more of him on TV!
Chris’ positive energy and enthusiasm is contagious. On a Saturday afternoon, Chris likes to indulge his other entrepreneurial pursuits and aspirations. He’s quick to point out, “Luck favors the prepared.” We think so, too.
